She first became vegan after learning the health benefits and reading articles on how inhumane animals are treated. Further researching and discovering the truth about the animal product industry she dove in to having a plant-based eating routine. As she continued on her journey she realized that being vegan isn’t just about the foods she ate, but how her environmental impact as well.
