Acerca del libro
Introduction:
The Universe is a big place.
No one knows when humans started using the North Star to find their way. The time since then is ages for humans....but in the big picture 'tis but a drop in a thousand seas. In that time, across the ages, humans have continued to look up. Using the stars for navigation, the telling of time, and wonder. It is this sense of wonder that has driven the study of the Heavens, given Galileo a Muse in the building of the first telescope...wonder indeed.
As we enter the 21st century, the thousands of photographs, the immeasurable sea of data for works of science, and new wonders of the Hubble Space Telescope, are available to us all.
