Claire Warwick's unique photographic documentary of motosport in the South West of England demonstrates and captures the other side of the usual televised, glamorized and wealthy sport.
Having worked closely with the company, Autospeed, and been a key witness from 2008 to 2009 a volume of images has accumulated. A display of enjoyment, improvisation and development into the history of the landscape can be reflected throughout this pictographic book showing humanity at its best and worst.
This book supports an end of year exhibition in St.Ives, Cornwall at The Orchard Gallery from 21st March to 28th March 2009.

Acerca del creador
Claire Warwick, born in 1988 in the North-East of England, is a student of photography studying Action Photography at the institution of Plymouth University based in the South West. Recently transitioning from being a fine art painter for many years to an up and coming photographer had many challenges but a strong work ethic and experiences within the commercial industry have become invaluable. Photographing mainly sporting events such as motosport, boxing and football. She has become passionate about capturing decisive moments in sports events and reporting accurate pictographic news. Other personal passions are panoramic, landscape, studio portraiture and social documentary photography.
