Many teenagers experience the trials and struggles of high school. Often students resort to unhealthy habits to cope with their personal pressures and stress. Unhealthy food, declining mental stability, and lack of exercise can all make the high school experience harder to deal with. Therefore, for our 20% project, we created Seasons Change, a health guide dedicated to providing healthy treats, high school tips, and handy exercises that will ease those four years. Each of the recipes, tips, and exercises is specific to each season, so it includes everything you need all year round. Created by current seniors, the book offers many tips that will make the four years of high school bearable. All profits from the book will be donated to The Eat Right Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the health of the public.
