Acerca del libro
This photographic essay of the taxidermy artwork at the International Wildlife Museum in Tucson, Arizona documents and explores the sometimes awkward or ironic arrangement of "mounted" deceased wildlife in a working museum space. The photographs highlight occurrences within the museum space that unintentionally call to the oddity of posing dead animals in recreations of the spaces they would have lived in an indoor, air conditioned, and artificially lit museum building.
