This book is a colabortions between Andrew Phillips and Leah Washington, two Alexandria Virginia based photographers. The images represent a joint year long study of an old abandoned Virginia Electric Company building in Fredericksburg VA. Both Leah and Andrew are fascinated by old buildings, this stems mainly from our desire to convert them into unconventional living spaces. We hope we were able to convey the beauty and potential we see in this wonderful building and that you enjoy the images as much as we enjoyed taking them.
