Dannieshyu,I'd also like to ask: I'm not currently a FaceBook user, but I do frequently look on the Blurb FaceBook page for information on offers etc. On a post dated 28th May, I noticed a fairly striking advert for your book, posted by Blurb. I just wanted to know whether this was something you organised with Blurb yourself, or whether Blurb did this off of their own back? That sort of coverage is something I'd really like for my own book.ThanksJoseph Rogers - Running. Nothing. Something.
Dannieshyu,I'm not sure about regional variation depending on where you live, but for me in the UK, it cost £5.99 through Blurb to convert my book into an eBook, so that people can download my book for iPad and iPhone at a better price. I then submitted my eBook to iTunes (again through Blurb) and it is now on the iTunes iBook Store. There's more information on the Blurb Support pages if you need help or any questions answering. I was just so blown away by the aesthetics of your creation, and thought it would be great to have it in a portable (and cheaper) format, such as an eBook.Joseph Rogers - Running. Nothing. Something.
Hi Joedabritcop ,Thank you for your insights. I am so glad to hear that you like the book, and I have actually spent a lot of time designing and putting all the information together. It would be awesome if someone really purchases the book. But how do I set up the eBook format? This is my first time using blurb, and I am not fully familiar with how it works. Thanks!Dannie
This would make an excellent pocket book, leaflet or app for anyone wanting to go to NYC to run. Great layout, all the info you need and some stunning photos! I've never been to NYC, but if/when I end up there, running is certainly on the agenda. Please consider the eBook format, you may find yourself with a purchase or 2!Joseph RogersRunning Nothing Something - Blurb.com
