Acerca del libro
Over the centuries, the Song of Songs has been the most controversial books of the entire Bible. Because of the sensual nature within its pages some people have been offended and even afraid to read it, perhaps thinking it might stir some sexual or immoral thoughts. After all, one should have a certain privacy and a certain amount of decorum about things of this nature. However, when we read the Song of Songs, with the understanding that it is a love story between Christ and his bride, we certainly ought to be able to read it, and I hope we would be able to understand it. The purpose of this introduction is to open our understanding to the beauty of the Song of Songs. Though it does not capture the meaning of every verse, it is designed to give an overall analysis to what I believe is Solomon’s greatest work.
