This book gives you a very detailed guide on how to have fun cooking with your little one. All of the information is based upon experiences from our organic vegetarian cooking classes for 1 to 3 year olds in New York City. There are pages of lots of photos and explanation of actual 1 and 2 year olds cooking the each recipe. All the recipes are wheat free, dairy free, and friendly for little ones for taste, texture and presentation.

Since her son recovered from his severe eczema by changing his diet, she started learning about the important relationship between health and diet and now in training of getting a nutritional consultant certificate. With her skill of Japanese cooking, she started “Eco Kids Playgroup”, which is to promote healthy and eco-friendly living for children, in 2007. She also teaches cooking at Whole Foods. A working mom of 9 year old girl and 5 year old boy.
