Simone has always been drawn to art as an modality to explore personal and global healing. Being entirely self taught, she considers her distinctly non-professional art career to have begun in early childhood. Rather than aspire to a career as a gallery artist, Simone has taught art to children at charity schools in India, Indonesia and Peru. She is presently teaches yoga to at risk girls in juvenile hall and other venues. She is excited to have has completed her first children's book in honor of her 4 year old son Paxx.
