A gluten-free baking book meant to help people all over learn how to cook simple recipe to recreate favorite foods and deserts.
I'm 17 years old and a senior in high school. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease a year and a half ago and started working on a Gluten-Free baking book to help myself get a better understanding of cooking without gluten. I hope to sell the book to help other people have a better understanding, while also being able to eat their favorite deserts
