To say that Alberta, Canada,
is cold during the winter months
would be a gross understatement.
Any thoughts you have of leaving
the warm cocoon provided by your car
to take photographs are soon abandoned.
You wisely stay where you are
singing quietly to yourself
“baby it’s cold outside”.
The following photographs,
taken through the smeared windscreen
and windows of the car and are dedicated
to Frank Loesser who wrote the song
way back when in the freezing cold days
of far off 1944.
