Aside from a brief stint on the East Coast, Jeff has spent most of his first 45 years in Northern California. Born in San Francisco and raised in Sonoma County, Jeff learned to appreciate surfing and diving the rugged Northern California coastline, home-brewed ales, and liberal politics.
