The Daily Photo was a project I started on Facebook on 28 August, 2008 at the suggestion of my niece Amy. It was a project to post a photo-a-day (more-or-less); not necessarily photos taken that day, nor with any other significance to place or time. I viewed the project as a reason to go back through the thousands and thousands of photos I had taken over the past decade and a half, and share images that I’d either forgotten about or never did anything with.
Two years, eight volumes (albums) and 515 photos later, the project documented the wide range of subjects I’d photographed, as well as illustrated how much I’d progressed as a photographer. The project started rather modestly with simple captions and later grew more creative as did many of the images posted.
This Volume contains 81 images from the first volume of photos.
