I was born and raised in an Irish American home that began way back in Michigan on a farm. I grew up in New York, married an Italian man, raised a family and in the process blended together my Irish heritage with my husband's Italian heritage to create this cookbook. I have prepared many a meal for many, many kids and families over the years. One of my greatest joys in life...family around a table.
