UPDATE: Blurb did a wonderful printing job on this book and so far, it is selling quite well. A good printing job is the frosting on the cake. As a daughter of a printer, selecting a good printer is vital to the success of a book. Thank you, Dad, for all of the training you gave me on the printing industry!
