This is the fourth of my ongoing series of books documenting the residential and parkland habitats surrounding Little Seneca Lake, Little Seneca Creek and Lake Churchill near Germantown, Maryland during all four seasons.
This book has proved to be the toughest book to do as Summers in this area tend to not have the variety of potential subject matter that other seasons have. This is the fourth of my ongoing series of books documenting the residential and parkland habitats surrounding Little Seneca Lake and Lake Churchill near Germantown, Maryland during each of the four seasons of the year.
This book has proved to be the toughest to do as Summers in this area tend to not have the variety of potential subject matter that other seasons have. Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee hitting the Washington region in August and early September of 2011, and the June 2012 North American derecho changed that. Images taken before and after these storms are included in this book.
(Note: Other books in this series, "Seneca Fall," "Seneca Winter" and "Seneca Spring" are also available to preview and purchase on this Web site.)
