For years whenever I tell something that happened to me while growing up, people would often say you should write a book to share your story. I know I am not perfect which you will see through this book. I had dreams, weaknesses, racial tension, love, hate, insecurities about being a dark skinned black man in the south and a need to change my life. I went though a period of heavy drinking, women, dark days, reckless behavior and sorrow. But I always had a vision and always had a dream that was guided by my faith in God and the support of my beautiful wife. God took me through a journey and gave me a vision that was enhanced through my good and bad experiences and trip to Africa and to Israel.
