This is a book of images designed to entice dreams. The premise is that before bedtime, you will select an image from the book and focus on it…then drift to sleep. In the morning, try to recount the dream. Repeat this process for all the images throughout the book. Keep a log of the dreams that were most pleasing, calming, comforting, exciting, scary, etc. so that once you’ve gone through the whole book, you will know which images will have what effect on your subconscious.
