Let's go back to another time.  A time when airplanes were basic and the skies were less crowded. Back in the 1940s and 1950s airports around America were populated by some of the most memorable classic airplanes to ever grace the skies. So memorable, that pilots today can easily identify these well known airplanes.

Come along on a photographic journey to America's small town airports and grass fields where Aviation's Enduring Classics still fly.

Flying has been my passion since I was young. I obtained my private pilot license in 1991. It didn’t take long for me to begin the search for a vintage aircraft to call my own. Later that year I purchased my first airplane, a 1946 Taylorcraft BC-12D. In 1995 I purchased a 1956 Cessna 170B. The 170 has flown to airshows in Florida, Iowa, Wisconsin and all over Texas. FLYING magazine featured the 170 in a Used Aircraft Report on the Cessna 170 in the November 1999 issue.

I have been taking photographs of airplanes as long as I can remember. My love of vintage airplanes is now spilling over into book form as I am excited to share my photographs through books that people can share with friends and family.

I reside in Texas with my wife and son.
