About The Photographer
Sean Downey is most well-known as a yacht racing photographer, but has recently refocused on fashion and portraiture. Based in Mission, TX he freelances for various magazines and the Progress Times Newspaper. He covers most fashion shows across the Rio Grande Valley.

He was born in McAllen, Texas and raised in the city of Mission, Texas. Both are located in the Rio Grande Valley along the border of Texas and Mexico.
