A substantial and definitive collection of the artist's black-and-white, fine-art nudes (1994-2011), with a mix of indoor and outdoor locations. While there is generally a classical feel to the images, many have a dream-like or fairytale quality, while others have a darker, more surreal flavor--overall, a curious mix of the spiritual and the sensual. Interspersed with the images are passages and brief quotes on the significance of the art of the female nude from the writings of photographers, art historians, and others. The original prints represented by the book's reproductions can be found in a number of private collections.

Please note the following:
Images in this volume were edited specifically to be printed on Blurb's deluxe "ProLine Pearl Photo Paper." Because that superior paper prints darker than other available papers, the images for this volume had to be edited a good bit brighter than usual in order to optimally match that paper. If you order this volume on another Blurb paper type, the images will appear overly light and not very attractive. Though more expensive than otherwise, this option is far more visually rewarding.
