The condensed version of the Thai name for Bangkok is "the city of angels". Although it is quite different from Los Angeles, it is a concrete jungle filled with excitement at every turn. I had the good fortune to live in that fascinating city for two years and came to love Thailand and Thai people like family. To know that these warm-hearted, hard working people are suffering under a deluge saddens me greatly. For them I offer this humble contribution, a collection of images that shows my dedication to informing the world of their unique, beautiful culture. 50% of the profits of this book will be donated on their behalf.
