“What time is it? Game Time! What time is it? Game Time! What time is it? Game Time!”
Game Time is a collection of photographic moments from the 2011 Heritage Generals Football Season. High school football is more than a game. Yes, it is blocking and tackling, but it’s also the smell of kettle corn, crazy fans, and “we want the ball”. This year’s team is different. They are the first Heritage Football Team to have four-year players. They are the ones who have given meaning to “We Are Heritage”. They are the ones who have set a winning tradition that challenges future Generals to carry on.

Friday nights in the locker room the lyrics, “I’ve been waiting for this moment all my life, hold on”, play loudly as the Team gets ready for the game. Then silence as the players prepares to face their opponent. With a military saber leading the Generals, they enter the stadium, and with a touch to the Jeff Sims Monument, hear his words “Alright boys, we’ve got this.”
