Acerca del creador
Rich Koechlein is a Minneapolis-based landscape architect and photographer. Rich has been fortunate to be able to photograph the people and places on his travels to countries like Peru, Greece, Morocco, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Sri Lanka, Colombia, India, Guatemala, Australia and Papua New Guinea. Photographing the world and trying to capture the people, places and cultures along the way is his passion. Through the organization Children's Culture Connection, Rich traveled to Pune, India, and with donated digital cameras taught photography to girls living in the Parvati Slums. For most of the girls it was the first time they had ever been able to take a picture. The photography from this project was featured in the exhibit 'New Perspectives, New Possibilities'. In addition the Rich's photography, the girl’s photography was featured. Through Children's Culture Connection, Rich also worked with children in Guatemala City in the slums of La Limonada.
