Painting and drawing since she was 5 years old, Carol is a violinist of 20+ years, a Cultural Creative/Change Agent with a Masters degree from Antioch University,Seattle, WA in Whole Systems Design: Organizational Systems Renewal, with a specialization in Youth Leadership, Organizational Development and Cultural Competency. She received a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art at The Evergreen State College and is currently working on her PhD in Education, with an emphasis in Executive Leadership. Carol is particularly interested in Art as a Pro-Active Agent for Change in Education, Employment and Environmental Stewardship. This entails finding common solutions visually, analytically, auditory, or rather through various learning styles. It also involves the art of facilitation and collaboration.
