Ana's fed up with the world. Why is there so much pain, so much sadness? How can this exist if God is supposed to be a God of love?
Running away from home, she takes up residence in an abandoned church building in an old and crippled neighbourhood. She decides it's time to put God on trial.
Will God answer?
If He does, how will it sound?
What will it look like?
But more importantly,
is she ready for the answer?
I grew up dreaming of being a pilot. In grade 9 I wrote an awful short story and couldn't get it out of my mind that I had done a horrible job. So I rewrote it right. And I was hooked. I finished my first full-length novel before I was done high school (Fade to Grey), then continued working on other novels (Buzz, Make Jesus Lie, The Good Morning Man, and a few others I scrapped because I got bored). I'm currently working on a 7-book fantasy series that is as much theology as fantasy. I've also started work on another book that I've codenamed "Four". My wife, Jeanette, and I live in Winnipeg, Canada with our son, Jaden. We work together as Youth Pastors. My longterm goal is to be an author full-time.
