This is a journal that helps you track your Buddhist vows. It lists the 12 Refuge commitments; the 10 Freedom vows; the 5 lifetime layperson vows and the bodhisattva vows.
The pages on the left are divided into six sections each already filled in with one of the above vows for you to 'track' every few hours throughout the day. The Journal has enough pages for a 31 day month.
The pages on the right are set up with areas for the date, an area to make notes on your meditation for the day, the bottom half has areas for you to fill in at the end of the day. List the three best and the three worst things you did.
Use this Journal to get yourself into the habit of tracking your vows - you can purchase the book with the six spaces left blank for you to fill in the vows yourself, starting from where you are in the cycle.
