Eating seasonally is full of benefits. Seasonally grown foods are better for your health, cheaper, friendly to the environment, help support local communities, and taste better! This is a cookbook I wrote and designed to help people eat healthier. Each chapter is devoted to a season and use locally grown, organic and seasonal ingredients from central Texas. Ive also included a map featuring all the farms and farmers market in the local Austin area. Designed, styled, cooked and photographed by me =)
