This book reflects a photographic journey in April 2009 across the Silk Road through Central Asia from China to Uzbekistan. Images included are of majestic deserts, caravan stops, well preserved ancient cities, beautifully decorated mosques, mausoleums and madrassahs. There were many other highlights including the Kashgar Sunday Market, the City of Khiva and the friendly local people.
