This is the negative thoughts journal. This journal will allow anyone who wants to work on reframing thoughts they find hinder their daily lives. The journal is to give you space to write out the thoughts you are having and give you the time you need to reframe those thoughts.
You will find on the even numbered pages you will be able to write out why you think these thoughts are occuring. Write out the situation, thoughts, or action that triggered the series of thoughts that you find need to be reframed. What ever the case may be it helps to write it out. You can do this step before or after you write out the negative thoughts.
You will come to find the best series of steps that you find most helpful. Take the time to experiment. One way may not work on the first try. Do not give up. Work with a counselor, therapist, sponsor, friend, or someone you trust and work out what works best for you.
