This book was such a pleasure to create. One day I started to photograph the quick, healthy dishes that I was preparing just to share with others. I enjoy showing people that it's easy to cook with foods that are good for your body.
Most of the dishes in the book are truly great for everyday living, for singles or for families. However, I do have a few "treats" inside to keep life exciting!
This journey got underway back in June 2010 when I started the 60 day Insanity workout challenge. I wanted to cook great nutritious foods to eat everyday while doing that intense workout program.
I pride myself on eating food that tastes good. I once heard a very famous chef say exactly what I have always thought all along, "if it's going to go in my mouth and in my body, it has to be good and taste good!"
