Born in Hereford, England in 1959, I grew up with a keen interest in the wild and beautiful countryside that surrounded me, developing my physical and artistic skills in climbing, walking, canoeing and photography.

My career path led me to a childhood dream of being a Firefighter, this I followed until my retirement in 1996. Following a brief dip into the realms of sound engineering I moved to the stunning area of Mid Wales and am now returned to my first artistic love, photography.
