PHOTO PAINTING STARTS WITH A GOOD PHOTO, THEN WITH THE TOOLS AVAILABLE IN PHOTO SHOP THE PICTURE IS REVISED, COLORS ARE CHANGED, TEXTURES ADDED. THE FINAL RESULT IS VISUALLY MORE EXITING THAN THE ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPH. THE PICTURE THAT IS MADE TAKES ON A MELDING OF THE TWO ART FORMS. IT HAS NOT BEEN POSSIBLE IN THE PAST. IT IS TRULY AN ART OF THE 21ST. CENTURY.
