A native of nowhere, writer-photographer Lee Manchester presents and interprets 33 images from his dual adoptive homes: the Adirondacks -- the remote, mountainous region in far northern New York that some folks call a "park," others their homeland -- and New York City, which is simultaneously the capital of the freaking world and the biggest small town anyone could ever imagine.
