With nearly a decade of Commercial Real Estate experience under his belt, Nicholas oversees the operations of DPG's portfolio & spearheads the firm's growth through asset acquisition & fee based management services.

Nicholas graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with his B.A. in English & is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a member of the Apartment Association of Orange County's Board of Directors.
