Eating Your Way Through Italy: A Love Affair with Food is an Italian cook book based on real recipes from real Italian cooks. Ashley Burgess studied abroad in Italy in the Fall of 2004 and took a cooking course from a chain-smoking, revolutionary chef who taught her how to fall in love with Italian cuisine. This book is an homage to her time in Italy. The recipes are ones she learned during her time abroad and have been converted and adapted for the American palate.
