This 2010 large format publication of MENOSSI: i mosaici commemorates Maestro Giulio Menossi's artistic evolution and career of over 35 years. More than 60 mosaics representing the depth and breadth of the artist's expertise are presented.
Maestro Menossi has chosen 34 original feature works to chronicle his artistic development from 1974 through 2009. Interspersed amongst the art works are the artist's musings and reflections, in his own words. An anthological section exhibits an additional 24 original and commissioned works.
Included are written contributions from Udinese author Paolo Maurensig, critic and gallery owner Sergio Colussa, and former étoile of Teatro alla Scala, Elisabetta Armiato.
In Italian with English translation. Also available in standard 8" x 10" format.

Udine, Italy
Giulio Menossi lives and works in Udine, Italy. His talent and dedication to the art of mosaic have led him to be known for his high technique. In 2009, in collaboration with Pam Givens, Maestro Menossi began teaching, in his laboratory, that which he has learned in the past 35 years about the Venetian technique. His classes have been enthusiatically attended by an international group of students from South Africa, Ireland, Germany, Monaco, the United States, France, Israel, and Italy.
