What a fun and delicious year 2009 has been – with so many incredible opportunities and as many great recipes to document them, it’s hardly a surprise I wasn’t able to contain what was supposed to be a “little” recipe project. Though I had great intentions to include only the recipes I tested for use as an instructor, I clearly lack self-control and possess an undeniable inability to self-edit. But so what. With The Details Cookbooklet Volumes I and II, herein lie the best new recipes that made it successfully out of the test kitchen and onto the plates of Details clients, students, and some unsuspecting guinea pigs, too - a complete collection of recipes prepared for instructional use, as well as for personal chef, events, restaurant, blog and television production purposes. Enjoy!
