Food is not only for nutrition. It's a whole cultural and personal experience. I have collected photos of my family cooking for themselves or for other people, everyday or in special occasions, to tell each story behind the food and into the kitchen.

I was born in January 1985. I am a freelance documentary photographer based in Florence, Italy.
I am alumni of the lovely MA Photojournalism at the University of Westminster in London and of the BA Photography and Visual Arts at Libera Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, where I also help as a co-teacher, making books with and for the students.
