I return home to Maine after 30 years of city life in the Bay Area of California. My wife and 2 year old daughter join me in a small two room family cottage on Washington Pond where we learn to cook over a fire, live without hot water, and other modern conveniences. My wee one and I kayak to remote islands, beaver bogs, and blueberry fields. Our closest neighbors are a nest of Bald Eagles by day, and a pack of Coyote at night. Join us on our little family adventure into the woods.
