Acerca del libro
The French artist Caty Lévêque began her first ‘pictorial diary’- a diary interweaving text and ink drawings - when she was living in the south of France.
Over the last few years living in a foreign country, initially in the Netherlands and latterly in Scotland, has meant that this pictorial diary has become a foreigner’s diary which sometimes wonders about the strangeness of speaking and thinking in an another language.
The poems ‘Life, Words and Coincidences’ were written to accompany a series of paintings called 'the Scottish Diary'. They speak of everyday life and also of this poetic bond that she has been experiencing with Scotland.
