Acerca del libro
This small volume is a "trial run" for what is hoped to be a 400 page compilation of the best photographs from five trips to England from 2002 to 2008. Here, I try to give a sampling of the delights of just one of the Yorkshire Dales, made famous by James Herriot in All Creatures Great and Small. We spent three nights in the superb market town of Richmond, on the River Swale, with its castle, Georgian houses and theater, and its beautifully manicured public and private gardens. We also took the local buses up Swaledale for a circular walk around Reeth and a longer ramble from Muker to Keld and back.
