I’ve spent a lot of my life in London, and yet it is only in the last couple of years that I’ve really come to appreciate all the richness, colour, history and diversity which combine in this great city on my doorstep.
So, armed with camera, I have taken a few photographic forays, and not just taking in that which is on the tourist route, but that which is sometimes a little off the beaten track.
I then spent much more time in the back room (so to speak) ‘playing’ with the images in the hope of creating something of ‘a different take’ on perhaps the most famous capital city in the world.
I hope you will enjoy this photographic tour as you explore my 'take' on London.

I spent many years working in reinsurance with a major Lloyd's underwriting group, mainly writing computer systems.
More recently, have spent the last eight years working in Cape Town's prisons as a Christian missionary. In that time, the mission has grown to a small team and we also have a farm project now to help ex-prisoners who are serious in changing their lives.
I now split my time between working with a church in the east end of London and continuing with prison ministry in both London & Cape Town.
