W. Hurley brings pin-up art to a contemporary edge with his masterful use of CG graphics. The work reflects an evolution in the genre; a synthesis of erotica, pin-up, and realism that leaves the viewer enrapt and wondering. Moreover, his ability to capture light and shadow in this format evokes some of the grand masters of both painting and photography, a tribute indeed. For a real treat check out his pages under a variety of lighting sources -including outside, natural light. You'll be surprised by what emerges....

This looks like a great book, judging by the preview. The CG graphics are very cool. The pin-up art form is as captivating today as it was when first introduced to the public. Nothing is as beautiful to admire as the female body. We should applaud those artists that perpetuate this art form with class.
