“It is better to spend one day contemplating the birth and death of all things than a hundred years never contemplating beginnings and endings.”
- Siddhārtha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism
This collection of images contemplates two days, one spent with aging parents, the other with my two daughters. It meditates on the exquisite agony of beginnings and endings that are the soul of family connections.
