This is the record, mostly pictorial, of a six week zig-zag through China. Main subjects are Beijing, the Great Wall, Emperor Qin's terracotta warriors, the Yangzi Reservoir, the mist-wrapped peaks of Huangshan, Shanghai, the limestone karsts of Guilin and Lijiang, Longji's rice terraces, Hong Kong and Macau.

Paul Sikora began making mobiles in law school in 1979 but did not turn pro until the commission for the Hotel Madera, District of Columbia, in 2002. Five are currently on loan to the official residence of the American Ambassador to UNESCO in Paris. He has taught mobile making workshops at Artomatics since 2004, and at the National Children's Hospital in 2005 and the DC Public Library in 2006, where he had show of his work.
He began taking 35mm photographs in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in 1972 but did not sell the first until two of India in 2004.
