Gordon P. King Master Black Belt Gordon was promoted to a Kimberly-Clark Corporate Quality Manager role with 52 direct reports at the Atlanta Health Care Headquarters serving the international disposable medical fabric business. Subsequently, Gordon became the Statistical Methods Manager in charge of company-wide Six Sigma implementation and was certified as a Baldrige National Quality Award Assessor. In 1988, Gordon was named Director of Quality for Avery Dennison for 10 years, where he and his management team were responsible for new product and process development cycle time, order-to-delivery capacity and accuracy, vertical supply chain integration and risk management to prevent business interruption. He then became a certified Master Black Belt in General Electric leading major company projects, dashboard development, and standardization of global Best Practices. He was also certified as a Johnson & Johnson Master Black Belt in Cardiology Research & Development.
