Acerca del libro
The early chapters provide an examination of life’s journey and gradually develop different perspectives for the world of business. The question of uncertainty and in particular predicting the unpredictable, raises doubts as to the models, tools and techniques employed as part of conventional management systems and the author questions the use of simple models in very complex environments.
Having challenged conventional wisdom, the focus is on the real business world and how strategic thinking can be developed within a creative environment but with a need to accept inevitable failures, from which rapid recovery requires a framework of agile experimentation.
The key messages are summarised in the final chapter and the mind map is completed - a pictorial representation of a 30,000-word book on a single sheet of paper!
