Acerca del libro
Just as the Lodge of Perfection introduces the degrees of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, so too does this book use the degrees as an introductory course in leadership. The book will guide the reader on a progressive path that will reveal the hidden leadership skills and talents that lie within each of us.
In this book, you will discover:
• Learning to follow is an essential part of learning to lead.
• Honesty and integrity are the key character traits of successful leaders.
• Zealousness and disinterestedness are vital when resolving conflicts
• Preconception has no place in performance appraisals.
• The Present is the leader’s scene of action.
• … and much more.
